FAQ for executive pathway participants

No. AI Leadership Path is an executive AI leadership pathway academy offering training programmes for senior leaders in AI strategy and AI governance. We are not a personal life-coaching service, wellness retreat, or self-help blog — the .life domain reflects our pathway brand identity, not lifestyle coaching. We are also not a degree-granting university. Completion certificates attest to your participation and assessed work in our executive programmes unless a separately accredited qualification is explicitly stated in writing with a named legal awarding body. Our focus is corporate decision-makers: C-suite executives, directors, VPs, and senior managers accountable for generative AI adoption and responsible AI in their enterprises.

Pathways assume strategic accountability — typical participants include C-suite members, board directors, divisional VPs, heads of function, and senior managers who influence AI strategy, AI policy, or AI transformation budgets. We do not require technical coding skills; we do require executive judgment and organisational context. If you are early-career or seeking a data-science coding bootcamp, our programmes are not the right fit.

Core pathway modules are in-person at our SGX Centre 1 studio for maximum facilitated discussion quality. Selected governance milestones offer hybrid attendance for regional directors. Pre-work and capstone materials are distributed digitally. We do not offer anonymous mass-market video-only courses — executive education depends on peer exchange among senior leaders.

Open cohorts are capped at 18–24 senior executives to preserve facilitated dialogue. Corporate in-house programmes are scoped per engagement — typically 8–20 participants from a single leadership team or board. Larger organisations may run sequential cohorts by business unit.

Corporate pathway engagements are quoted in Singapore dollars based on duration, participant count, and customisation depth. Indicative ranges: half-day briefings from S$4,800; two-day intensives from S$22,000; full in-house pathways from S$38,000. Open cohort per-seat fees are listed on our programmes page. GST applies where relevant; quotes are valid 30 days.

Cancellations more than 21 days before start receive a full fee credit toward a future 2026 cohort. Within 21 days, fees are credited at 50%. Transfers to a colleague in an equivalent senior role are permitted up to 7 days before start at no charge. No-shows forfeit fees. Corporate contracts may specify alternative terms in writing.

Registration data is collected for programme administration, billing, and communication under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We do not sell participant lists. You may request access or correction via [email protected]. See our privacy policy for retention periods and PDPC complaint rights.

Our pathways do not include: guaranteed promotions or board appointments; accredited MBA degrees unless explicitly stated; coding bootcamp skills training; crypto or trading signals; medical AI diagnosis training; web design or digital marketing agency services; or personal life transformation coaching. We teach executive AI leadership — AI strategy, AI governance, and AI transformation accountability.

Facilitators may demonstrate ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar business AI tools to illustrate governance scenarios. Participants may use tools on their own devices where permitted. All outputs are treated as potentially erroneous — exercises emphasise verification, AI policy compliance, and executive accountability rather than blind reliance on generative AI.
